Rule of Law

The rule of law has a universal definition which influences both individuals and institutions, public and private and the state as well, to be held accountable to the law and the constitution. These include: right to have equal access to justice systems impartially through the laws of the state that enshrined the constitution of a given country among others that relate the rights of the person to safety and security without prejudice.

The Institute for Social Studies stands for encouraging both the public and the private to respect the rule of law which is proved to be a perquisite for the survival of nations and societies throughout the world history.
